FREE Standalone True Crime Story - The Tattoo Man - FREE

Cynthia Campbell suffered the misfortune of having a violent ex-con, Norman Mearle Grim, move next door. A rising attorney in the Pensacola area, one day she vanished. The next day her corpse was fished out of Pensacola Bay. The story of how she became a victim is bizarre.

The following report from CNN describes some of the abuse she endured from Grim: "Campbell had suffered multiple blunt-force injuries to her face and head that were consistent with being struck by a hammer, as well as 11 stab wounds in the chest. An autopsy revealed seven of the stab wounds penetrated her heart. Physical evidence including DNA tied Grim to her killing." In this article, CNN didn't report a couple of important parts of the story--that Campbell was raped. Or that Grim had a decades-long rap sheet permeated with violent attacks on women.

After nearly 30 years on Florida's death row, Grim recently came face-to-face with Florida's poison needle.
